Because of the nature of these items, I can't accept returns for:

Custom or personalised orders and Items on sale

REFUNDS 

• Refunds are possible under the following terms:
• Notify within 1 day after receiving the piece
• Shipping the items is at your own shipping cost within 3 days
• It is your responsibility which shipping method you use
• I will refund 90% of the whole amount paid within 30 days after receiving the piece
• Custom made pieces and sale pieces are excluded
• You will get your credit card or bank transfer refund according to your payment method.

EXCHANGES 

Exchanges are possible within 3 days after receiving the piece at your own shipping cost and paying the exchange difference if the piece chosen exceeds the amount paid. Some custom made orders might be excluded.
